Myportalcode is a marketplace between buyer & seller where buyer is the one who purchases digital content, product, service, other from seller/developer and other hand seller/developer is one who list his ready content, product, service or other by joining sell with us option.
Who can sell their content, product, service or other ?
Anyone can join to sell their product, service, content or other but every listing/submission goes through a approval process by Myportalcode Team. We are currently allowing content, product, service or other relevant to our category or sub-category.
How support works after my purchase ?
Support is provided through Support Message System & support is provided by seller/developer for their particular product/service. Every seller/developer has to mention the support statement as mandatory by Myportlcode System on product/code page in month or year wise and please check support timing, criteria & terms before making payment.
Why seller/developer taking time for reply for support ?
Please check seller/developer support reply minimum/average time before purchase, as developer may handling lot of queries at a time and may face hard time to reply everyone at the same time. We request you to wait for additional 2-3 working days in case no reply after mentioned minimum/average time then send one more message through support message box. If no response please get back to Myportalcode Support Team
Can i make 50% payment advance then rest 50% before live mode ?
Yes you may but amount need to be more then Rs. 11,000/- or equivalent to USD or other currency
My deliver time exceeded what to do?
Please check/confirm deliver timing in your order history and if exceeded in actual then please allow 1 more working day to the developer/seller or message for the same if no response please get back to Myportalcode Support Team
Wrong deliver, not delivered what shown in demo, description & features.
Seller are bound to provide what shown in demo, description & features but it may be different if you asked/mentioned on the order form. But however please dont panic please elaborate with seller/developer to receive whats show in demo, description & features.
Seller/Developer is asking more money for additional work/feature ?
Please know seller/developer are selling their ready content, product, service or other. And if any additional work/additional feature work/additional customization/additional revision demand from buyer unless specified by seller will not be fulfilled. But seller/developer may give support for technical issues if mentioned in the support criteria.
How can i get refund? if not happy by seller/developer ?
Please know as Myportalcode is for digital product, service, content or other. Refund is not allowed in any case. Please check demo, description & features properly before purchase. Please read full Refund Terms in Terms & Conditions Page
How review & ratting works ?
Reviews & ratings are submitted by purchased buyer for the particular content, product, service or other purchased from seller/developer. Appreciate a seller/developer by ratting them if received good service from seller/developer.
