0) No Hidden Cost
1) We request you to understand as we provide ready pre-built portal by taking onetime payment for lifetime, so we provide free support for 6 months for technical related issues like, technical query, error, not found or technical issue. Any basic, normal function/feature not available, that need to be done additionally & customization/additional changes/additional coding work not provided within Technical Support plan. If you require additional work then check bellow point no 9.
2) Please know do not work 24hrs. Our Working Hour 10AM to 7PM IST Monday to Friday only.
3) Support within 24/48 hrs or may take extra if testing/checking required by team excluding Saturdays & Sundays, No emergency/urgent support as we manage large number of customer query/support. We provide ticketing support and you have to create ticket with screenshot/s of the issue by login to my account on websolink.com.
4) Additional addons will cost extra like; Android APP, IOS APP, SSL Certificate or Other. Mobile APP(Android & IOS) source code is not provided free, it will cost extra per app.
5) Refund is not allowed in any case because we work hard with our paid developers. If order is processed.
6) Domain & Server provided free for first year & then renewal fee Rs. 3,200/-, if you have domain/server already then you can use same but discount not allowed.
7) Please know support is not provided if support plan has expired. Also know after support expiry we will not provide support even if software is broken/not working/missing any feature/not functioning as default/server related issue. As we work hard with paid developers so we can not provide support for free for life, but you can renew for additional support within renewal page.
8) Please know account/website start date is deemed from the date of order first payment receive. On the basis of start date, expiry date is calculated. We do not charge per domain or per hosting basis only one account/website charge. As long as your website domain is using our software, company reserve the right to show case the same website on our portfolio.
9) If you require customization/additional work/management/data entry work then please confirm with New Sale team first before placing order. Because customization/additional work/management/data entry work depending on team/developer availability to work on and extra fee, extra timing. If we are unable to take your customisation work then you can get your work done by other third party developer as developed on opensource framework.
10) We provide unlimited disk space with certain disk usage policy which means you can not store unwanted data other then your website and after 90% use of initially provided disk space a review will be conducted to verify that you are using disk space for your website only. Then disk space will be auto increased to next deck..
11) Please know and understand after website expiry if you do not renew within next 10 days, then all website data including email will be automatically deleted by the system as we do not have huge backup to store all huge clients data nor we charge any backup fee. So it is your responsibility to download backup to your system before expiry. (Backup instruction already given in your login details email & also available in the Knowledge Base Article Check Here)
