Please know that to solve this we have follow below steps.

Step -1: Login to your admin panel in the left menu go to System -> Tool -> Export/Emport click on that then download the new version of Export/Emport when you click on download it will be redirected to a new webpage please select the version before download. Please see the screenshots below

Step -2: Now go to Extensions -> Extension installer upload the downloaded file please make sure the file extension is .ocmod. please see the screenshot.

Step -3: Now go to Extensions -> Modifications and refresh the page. please see the screenshot.
