Website Design and Animation Enhancement

I'm looking for a designer who can modernize the overall look of my wordpress website. I'm specifically interested in:

- Modernizing the overall look: I want the design of my website to be clean and minimalist.

- Adding animated elements: I'm looking for someone who can bring some elements of animation to the site to make it more engaging for viewers.
