Workflow
User Workflow:
To initiate a remittance transaction, user authentication is required. The user has the flexibility to specify both the amount they wish to send and the exact amount the intended recipient will receive. During this process, the user will have access to information regarding receiver methods, exchange rates, fees, and associated charges. Upon clicking the “Continue” button, the user will be prompted to select the recipient. In the event that the intended recipient is not already in the system, the user will have the option to add and save their details. Once a recipient is selected, the user is required to provide information pertaining to the source of the funds, and the purpose of the transaction, and may include optional remarks. Additionally, the user must choose a payment method, which will be drawn from the options provided by the administrator. Finally, the user can proceed to make the payment and send a request to the administrator for further processing.



Admin Workflow:
The administrator will receive a notification of the remittance request and will commence by verifying the payment status of the initiating user. Subsequently, the administrator will manually process the payment to the recipient, in accordance with the details provided by the user.
