Technology

No server installation is required to use with HTML nor PHP. But, WordPress plugin should be installed for WordPress websites which is included with the package. All chat transmissions, file uploads and user authentications will be handled on screets Cloud (see “screets Cloud” section below).

Licensing

Regular License is for your single-domain only (i.e. yourdomain.com). If you’re planning to use the plugin more than 3 domains, we suggest you to consider Unlimited license ($75).

Chat transmissions, file uploads and user authentications are hosted on screets Cloud. We can add new features without you update anything.

Thanks to GDPR law, your data must be safe in our servers and you have full control over it. You can edit and delete all your data, or fully forgettable (when requested).
