Hello clients.

Hope everything going well.

We are trying to sustain in the market. but seems growth is very slow and hard to sustain as a support provider. because we are charging less price on support fee in the market. 

While other companies are charging sustainable price for support service, like webkul.com | webkul is charging 50% of project/item amount as support fee yearly basis. Which means if you purchase ecommerce website & app @ Rs. 30,000/- from webkul they are charging Rs. 15,000 yearly as support fee. 

And we are far behind from their price. we are charging only Rs. 2,200/6months | a Rs. 4,400 yearly a flat price for all project amount.

This way we are having huge trouble to manage good employee and provide quality support.

So we have decided from year 2024 on-wards we will be charging 50% project amount as support fee.

Where we will be providing same day target ticket closing and phone support.

Remember those have support renewal this year in 2023, they can continue with same low price renewal.
