Please know that to enable the delivery method we have to follow below steps.

Step-1:   Login to your admin panel go to Extensions -> Shipping  here you will the delivery method options ( Flat Rate , Free Shipping). Please see the screenshot below.

Step-2:  Now enable the shipping method.

Step-3:  Now you have to select the shipping method while adding the pin code  Please see the screenshot.
