Please know that to configure the outlook using POP  we have to follow the below steps.

Step- 1:  Open the the Outlook app in your system.

Step- 2: Enter you mail id example - info@example.com then click on connect button please see the screenshot below.

Step- 3:  Now you will see the advanced setup here you have to select POP to configure. Click on POP, please see the screenshot below.

Step- 4: Now you will see POP Account setting here you have to put all the details very carefully.  

Incoming mail server : gains.cloudappservers.com

Outgoing mail server : gains.cloudappservers.com

Secure SMTP (SSMTP) - port 465

Secure POP3 (SSL-POP) - port 995

Turn on  "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" checkboxes.  please see the screenshot below.

Step- 5: Fill all the details and click on next.
