To add the product in product group Please follow the below steps.

Step -1: login to your admin panel and go to Extension -> Module . Please see the screenshot below.

Step -2: Now go to the group that you want to add product. Please see the screenshot below.

Step -3: Now you will Group to Include tab add the category that you want add based on the group. Please see the screenshot below.

Step -4: Save
